This Book is very informative on pontiac engines in general, gives specifics on heads, carbs, drivetrain, exhaust, etc... a must have book for some one in the pre stage of building a high performance pontiac engine. also gives some good engine recipes if you will. block type with specifics on heads, cam, pistons etc... as far as pro and cons... it's all good its hard to put down once you pick it up. i highly recommend this for the beginner also because they drill down to the basics. jim hand did and awesome job. aaa
