Description
Welcome to Hugsville is a highly interactive and trans-generational game in the true Build-A-Bear spirit! This adventure game allows the player to join their new furry friend in a world of their very own. It's a "pawsome" good time for all kids six and up!
Players start the game by creating their very own Bear. Just like the real Build-A-Bear Workshop store, players pick out the Bear of their choice, insert its special heart and name it. Then, they’re off to partake in adventures around Hugsville. Build-A-Bear Workshop mascots Bearemy and Pawlette Coufur guide the player throughout the game, helping them become the "furbulous" friend that Hugsville needs. There's always something to do in this open-ended adventure. The player can decorate his or her home, play games, plant trees or just chat with friends.

Thirteen different Bear characters for players to choose from as their special furry friend. The rest become helpers throughout the game.

Explore Huggsville, an open world where players can create the town's landscape by planting and watering seeds into beautiful flowers, find hidden treasure buried throughout the town, collect rare stones and seeds, and more.
Six single or multi-player mini-games where players can unlock a new level, up to 20 levels, each time they successfully complete each game: Great Escape – a maze game where players are challenged to escape before time runs out. Get'em All – players are challenged to run faster than their opponent and collect as many Golden Paws as they can. Sumo-Roll – with their furry friend balancing on a ball, players try to roll their opponents off the playground. Race with Me – players race their furry friend as fast as they can around an obstacle course trying to beat their opponents across the finish line. Treasure Hunt – players are challenged to find as many treasures as they can by using a special detector and a shovel to dig them up before time runs out! Catch-Me – a game of chase where players try to keep their furry friend from getting tagged by the catcher marked with a red paw. The last one running wins!
Two additional single player games where players get to build their very own car and house! Build-A-Ride - Players build their own automobile by bolting the tires on, adding the bumpers and windshield, customizing the car and upholstery colors, and more. Build a House – Players help their furry friend build their very own house. They nail the house together and paint it, screw on the roof and select a color, weld the windows and door to the house then paint them, and more!
