Buffalo Girls (DVD)

Angelica Houston was fab in this movie. She is such a good actress. Its been awhile since I saw a good western. Well worth buying. She is so believable.

You don't often see movies about women of the wild west who made a contribution as it was not acceptable at that time. This movie pays tribute to both Calamity Jane and Annie Oakley. Very well done.

I like most westerns especially the ones that depict the women from the west. This one gives a great account of two of the women from the wild west era and I think does it pretty good.

I just like the movie. I like this type of movies about the wild west. I decided to buy this movie because I like Angeline,Reba and the other cast members.

I saw this movie several years ago when it first came out on TV. It is a great movie that tells alot about history when the west was about to change to a new world. No more cowboys and indians, no more hunting and trapping, etc. There is alot of adventure, love and excitment in this movie. I would recomend it to anyone that likes westerns, history and love movies. I was really excited when I found it on Ebay.

I liked the movie but Sam Elliott is featured with picture on the outside cover of the DVD so I EXPECTED to see more of him. I thought he got top billing with the two ladies. I did not expect that ending for SAM.

Overall, I think it was just a regular chic flick

This movie captures a certain quality of life in America that all americans should strive for and be proud to be associated with.

A must see, no large amount of blood, guts or gore. No anti-american theme.

The cast of characters is superb. This along with great costumes,and a wonderful historical story makes for lots of fun

I used to have it on VCR and wanted to see it again.
I great western about women of the west. It has allot of humor, however, at the end it will make you cry.
