Bud Hastin's Avon Collector's Encyclopedia (2007, Paperback, Collectors)

I have really enjoyed my new Avon book. It's exactly what I was looking for. I
like the convenience of finding things I need or want on Ebay. I enjoy shopping
from home. I live out in the middle of nowhere and would have to drive 30-40 miles round trip to find a deal like this one. I've been an Avon collector of sorts for many years now. Thanks again for offering this book.

This book is the best of them all. There are tons of color photo's, the format is different, in a good way. Even the black & white photo's are much better, there is no background to them which distracts from the item. The index is much clearer & not confusing like the last one. This issue has a contents section in the front which is most helpful. The only thing I dont like is that some of the older & even newer items, have been omitted because they say they have little or no value or collectabiliy. You almost have to have older versions of this book for that purpose. I myself have 5 different versions. I would have liked it to be all color but I know it probably isnt cost effective to do that or we would be paying a fortune for one. This one is just really nice & different from the others. I bought it because it had color photo's & because I needed to identify some newer stuff. The funny thing about this book is that when I looked through it, I noticed bottles that I havent noticed before, because they were in color & caught my eye. I am very pleased with this book. I highly recommend it to anyone who collects Avon.

I purchased Bud-Hastin's Avon Collector's Encyclopedia because I acquired many vintage Avon items and I wanted to determine their value. I love the book because it's easy to determine value with the index and pictures are provided of every item. The circulation date is also provided. This is the best user-friendly Avon guide out.

This is a great resource for any Avon collector or anyone interested in pricing Avon collections. Bud Hastin's comprehensive knowledge of Avon products and photos (some in color, some in black and white) make this book a must-have for your library! Easy to read, has sections by subject or type of collectible Avon item. I bought this book because I had the 15th and 16th editions. I agree with other reviewers that it's helpful to have all editions of this book, as some item values change over time. Keep up the great work, Bud!

I decided to order this book for my dad's birthday. I had it shipped direct and he rec'd in excellent shape totally surprised!!

The avon collectors's encyclopedia is a very informative book. full of lots of colored pictures. complete details about every product in the book. book arrived in brand new condition. I love this book. The reason for the purchase is because I inherited some avon decanters, and became curious as to their value. also, my brother has some avon decanters and wanted to know what his decanters were worth. Definitely worth the price paid.
