This is basically a DVD about the details of how each Springsteen album was made. Bruce does appear in some of the clips. Everything in this 2 Disc set is included in "Videobiography". so there's no need to buy both, which I did. (opps!)
If you're a casual fan looking for videos and live perforances, you'll find this DVD disappointing, But if you're interested in the details of how each CD was made, I think you'll find it quite interesting.
