Brother XL-2600i Sewing Machine

Works great! I needed a machine I could quilt on easily and this is it! Easy to read directions, machine very lightweight, easy to move around.

I recomend this machine if you are a beginner like myself. I also suggest you find a mentor or teacher to show you all the great things this machine can do. Best thing I have done for myself to save money on alterations.

My wife wanted a basic machine for assembly work while her Brother Inov-is embroidery machine was running something. Obviously, you cannot compare an XL-2600i to the Inov-is. However, when it comes down to sewing something together, the XL-2600i is quite able! No bells and whistles, just solid Brother manufacturing. We plugged it in, pulled a thread through, took a bobbin from the embroidery machine and away it went!!

This seller and his product were top notch. He shipped immediately.

When I decided to get this type of item, I researched and this was the model I wanted. His price was not the lowest, but nearly the lowest, and his shipping was the best. Too many try to milk the selling price with exorbitant shipping.

I am beginning to really appreciate sellers like this because I have now been treated worse by other sellers. Right now I won an auction 2 1/2 weeks ago and have not heard from the seller, won't answer my emails.

There are some bad apples out there, good ones need to be recognized.

This machine comes to me after the frustration of two previous machines (one I took back, the other sopld at aywardsale). It is compact. lightweight, reliable. I can actually finish projects wiothout having to stop, fiddle with this and that, call a friend to bring her machine over so I can use it while she messes with mine. It is a great machine that will do what you want it to do and give you the stress free sewing exoperience you want.

i never recieved this product, bigbycity was hard to get ahold of after not recieving my package for 3 weeks, then they said they would credit my account and did not, I got ahold of my credit card company to reinberse my $120.00.

I love this nice lite weight machine. It runs very quiet and feels comfortable to work with.The thread cutter and needle threader are both great features alone.! Its nice to have a percision machine to work on I wish I would of bought it sooner!!! This is a true bargain. Thank you.
