This is the third Brother I have had. So far I have yet to have an issue with this or any other Brother. This thing prints, faxes, scans, and copies. Plus it is wireless and has a 5.8 ghz cordless phone with it. It will also print photos and even has a seperate tray for 4x6 photo paper.

Brother MFC-885CW ALL-IN-ONE INKJET PRINTER PURCHASEThe fax arrived with the handset missing. The seller offered me $15.00 for the missing handset. The sheet which came with the unit to order parts showed the handset costing over $80.00 not including shiping, so I returned the Fax which cost me $32.69. When the seller recieved the unit they charged me a restocking Fee.
The seller then offer me a $121.60 Refund .
I payed $172.35 plus $32.69 to return the Fax. Which comes to $205.04 minus the $121.60 I'm out $83.44 with nothing to show for it.
Not a good buy.
