Synopsis
Ken McElroy terrorized Skidmore, Missouri for 10 years. With crime after crime, the town grew more frustrated at the law's inability to stop him. Finally, the entire town took revenge. One July day, McElroy was shot to death on the main street, with 45 witnesses present. There were no indictments and no trial.
