Synopsis
War, love, and a strenuous battle of good versus evil are in store for Christopher Paolini fans in his third title of the Inheritance series. The boy dragon rider, Eragon, and his constant companion, the dragon Saphira, are torn by many loyalties, with the weight of the world on their shoulders. They must find a way to save Roran’s beloved from the evil Ra’zac, and also help the Varden, the elves, and the dwarves in the gristly battle against King Galbatorix. Seemingly overwhelmed by their gargantuan tasks, Eragon and Saphira are forced to find a way to save the world, or all is lost. Both lauded and criticized as derivative of classic works by J.R.R. Tolkien, Ursula K. LeGuin, and J.K. Rowling, Paolini’s work is nevertheless phenomenally successful.     THIS BOOK HAS EXCELLENT DETAIL AND AN EXCELLENT PLOT. THE CLIMAX OF THE BOOK ADDS SO MUCH SUSPENSION THAT IT MAKES THE BOOK IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT DOWN. THIS MOOK IS A MUST-READ. IF YOU HAVE READ THE OTHER BOOKS IN THE SERIES OR SOMEWHAT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK.
