Bridgestone Precept J33 Forged Combo Iron set Golf Club

First, I may be a little biased because this is my 3rd set of Bridgestones...I think they make some of the best clubs in the business. The forgings are excellent, they always look great (I also have z101's)according to the compliments by players and they perform. I like the lower trajectory of the short irons and the long irons are the easiest to hit. I actually bought a rescue to replace the 3 iron, but the J33 (and z101) is so easy to hit that it's still in the bag...what more can you ask for...oh yeah, I got them for a steal on ebay. I highly recommend them for mid to low handicappers looking for a forged club that's accurate, with great feel, great at address.

Grt. classic look w/modern features such as cavity backed. Good feel,good ball flight even though no distance increase.

These irons are rock solid.The short irons having the feel of a blade but more forgiving.The mid and long irons have the forgivness of a cavity back but the solid feel of a blade.Very under rated irons matter of fact a whole family of under rated products tourstage precept and bridgestone. try it youll love it

I was playing Mizuno MX-17's prior to these clubs and I actually lost about a club and a half on distance. After being depressed and not giving up, I found myself hitting them farther and more accurate than the 17's. I think he biggest plus was the action on the green. When I first started hitting them I was short with just about them all, after a while I could stop the ball on dirt and get awesome backspin. I now judge the greens a bit long to account for the backspin I'll get with these short Irons. The long Irons seem to be easier to hit than my 17's, although a little less forgiving. I think these clubs are a superior set of clubs compared to most, but are definately for the mid to low handicapper. I wrote it as good rather than excellent due to the cost of a brand new set. I think there might be some sets out there that ar just as good for a bit less, but the feel is absolutely awesome with these clubs. I'll keep playing them.

This is my 3rd set of these irons. They are the most under rated but one of the best set of forged irons on the market. Soft but solid feel that can only be achieved from forged irons.

I have used Ping Eye 2's for the past 12+ years, bought them used, and have been very happy. However... if I had known how sweet that a Forged club could feel, and look, I would have changed sooner. I did quite a bit of looking and testing, and I must say I am happier than I imagined. I am in love with the look and feel of these clubs. I am a mid to high handicapper and I think that the feedback and control these offer will make me a better golfer. Give 'em a try but be prepared to fall in love.

I have played a number of forged irons over the years, including Mizuno, TaylorMade RAC MB's, Titleist, etc. The J33 Combo set is by far the most responsive of all of the aforementioned sets. They look clean at address, have an abnormally high amount of feel, and they have a very sweet trajectory from the 3 iron all the way to the wedge. Plus, the price is unbelieveable. This is one of the few smaller companies that can compete with the major "pro-line" companies. If you are looking for a set that is capable of taking your game to the next level without taking your checkbook with it, you would be wise to consider the Bridgestone J33 Combo irons.

Probably the most underrated irons in the game and I've played them all. I even put my Hogan's on the shelf for them and they're far better than my Callaway's. Get over the look that they may not be forgiving. They are. The leading edge is crisp, but don't dig too deep. Workability is top notch. Very soft irons you can go hard after or throttle down. The set I have has 5.5 Rifles, a great combo.

The items were listed well and listed with accuracy. The only thing that would have been better was the quality of the pictues. Other than that everything was good.
