Bridgestone Precept J33 Fairway Wood Golf Club

I bought the Bridgestone J33 3-wood with an Aldila NV stiff graphite shaft about a month ago and just love it. It is the easiest 3-wood I've ever hit as far as being able to get the ball airborne and it's plenty long and accurate and to me, surprisingly forgiving. It has a very nice sound and feel to it. Good feedback as to whether you've hit it good or not. The face is medium height, not too shallow and not real deep. The sole is nicely shaped with heel and toe relief so the club glides through longer grass well. About the only complaint I have is the metal on the clubface seems to show scratches fairly easily form dirt/sand on the ball. But I've had that complaint with other fairway woods too, so it must be common to the type of metal being used these days.

I've become faithful to the Bridgestone Golf brand as I'm currently using the J33 forged combo irons and wedges, have a couple of the J33 hybrid clubs (the J33 wood types, not the Air Muscle iron type) and have a J33 460 driver that should arrive any day. I also use the B330S golf ball and have a Bridgestone Staff golf bag. I'm sold on the brand as they make great products, but are kind of a second tier golf company behind the bigger US names, so you can purchase their products on Ebay at very steep discounts off retail. Since using the brand I've gone from a 4 handicap to a 1, so it appears to be helping my game as well. Check it out!

A real sleeper, good looks and excellant profile and goes along way. The Aldila NV 75 shaft works well. It doesn't get the hipe with the big companies but it clearly out preforms them all. Diffenently geared for the better player....!

i love the size......its compact and pretty too look at, sets up square, and looks very traditional.....but the club delivers on performance.....i knew that when i bought it after demo-ing it and decided to purchase it... i work as an asst. pro and could get alot of product at a huge discount...but i payed for this and was worth it....not a game improvement club, for sticks.....but a no brainer at the going rate here on ebay......

I have always been a bridgestone golf owner but I have never tried hitting one of these 3 wood. I tell you it's fantastic...hit it very long and straight. Sometimes it seems like it's longer than my CB2 Tour Edge but with better control. It sets up easily at address and I got to say, it's one of the best 3 Wood out there in the market. Just try it for yourself and you'll be amazed on how this fairway wood performs. I am a 5 HCP golfer and I'm pretty sure this beast will help me lower HCP soon.

First of all, althought the club was used, it looked "BRAND NEW". The club out performs my Ben Hogan hybrids. Another plus was the head covers being included. I was truly pleased with my purchase(s) on ebay.

It is evident that quality materials went into these clubs. The ball jumps off the clubface with a solid sound I've never experienced in any fairway metal i've owned. Match the shaft for your swing and you'll never look elsewhere for a fairway club. Excellent quality, workmanship, and it sets up with the perfect feel off the fairway or tee.

Good looking, but lower than expected ball flight. I purchased it since I wanted to try the club and the value provided as a new on line auction item was very fair, unfortunately for me not what I was expecting.

Bought both of these just wanting the 18*. Clubs were in better shape than described and shipping was prompt. I will look for more items from this seller.
