Great Club At A Great Price

I think Precept is one of the most underrated golf equipment companies out there. As you may or may not know, Precept is part of Bridgestone, which in my opinion makes some of the best quality golf equipment available. Especially when it comes to golf balls. But anyway, most people dont realize that Precept makes one heck of a good quality golf club. I currently use a couple Callaway FT-i hybrids, one Bridgestone J33 hybrid, and one Precept ECU 5/6 hybrid, and the Precept hybrid is every bit as good as the Callaway and Bridgestone hybrids, but like 1/4th the price. I mainly use my Precept 5/6 hybrid to hit out of tall grass when I'm about 150-170 yards out, and this baby tags the ball like nobody's business. The head on this 30 degree hybrid is awesome. Its got a low center of gravity to help get the ball airborne quickly, and you can feel the quality of this club when you make contact with the ball. The Precept ECU hybrids are honestly just as good as the Callaways and the Bridgestones. If you are thinking about a hybrid but dont want to spend $150 to $200 on a Bridgestone or a Callaway, you will NOT be disappointed with the Precept ECU. The quality of this club is tremendous.

  Tremendous value!!!

I am a 4-handicao and have been playing since 1996. These hybrids are an absolutely tremendous value. I've got the 18 and 21 degree versions equipped with Nippon Pro 950 GH. They give me versatility as they are long and accurate off the tee and easy to hit from the deck. These two clubs replaced my 2, 3, and 4 irons allowing me to add another wedge. My scores have dropped several strokes as a result. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! But, as with any OEM product, a shaft upgrade (fitted to the individual) will bring these sticks to life!

  ECU 5/6 versus 6 iron

I like the ease with with you can pick it off the fairway. Also, it is not such a closed face that you tend to hook everything. I am able to hit it straight or draw it from the fairway or the tee.
The senior flex really feels more like a regular to me, so I think the shafts are probably a little stiffer than advertised, which is probably why it doesn't hook like some high-lofted fairway woods I have tried.
Great club, great price, speedy delivery. I would recommend this as a replacement for golfers who have mixed results with their 5 irons.

I bought it for its price, name brand and eazy access. The product is just as I ordered and shipped fast. As to mtg my needs, it is an easy to hit club, w/ better than expected distance and accuracy. It's a keeper until I move to something else. I am an ebay fan.

I own a 25 deg and a 21 deg ecu. These are great clubs with excellent feedback and distance. The 18 deg is just as good.

The best set of hybrids I have ever owned.

I purchased the Bridgestone Precept ECU hybrids and irons in the summer of 2006. They were used but in excellent condition. They were a perfit fit to my game and my handicap got down to a current 14. When I found the 2 hybrid on ebay, I jumped on it to go with my set and I found a replacement for my strong 4 wood tight lies knockoff. I haven't had a chance to hit it yet, but I am sure if it is anything like the hybrids in the set it will be a good buy.

Precept ECU Fuel Hybrid 21 degrees

What I liked about the club was its price. I have been hitting my friend's hybrid and I knew I had to get one. I just received this one, and I already love it. It hits just like the other hybrids. So easy to get in the air. It also looks good at setup. I have the stiff flex and it seems perfect for me and I play all stiff shafted clubs. Now, I just need the 25 degree one!!

I bought the club to improve my golf game. a fellow golfer bought one I tried it and decided to buy one. The price was right, the manufacture was a name I trust and owned their clubs before. So I bought one.
