This book is amazing. Not only is chapter on a crash corse in brewing but it also goes into detail about all the steps and ingredients. If you feel you have no idea what you are doing after chapter one you'll be just fine.

) This book is great. It covers all of the basics first and them gets very in debth into the science of beer. I have read many books on the subject and this is by far one of the two best, if not the best.
