Breeders (DVD, 2001)

Breeders, originally released in some unfortunate city in 1986, is a movie centered around a horny alien in New York City raping young virgins in an attempt to repopulate his species here on Earth. Yes, I'm serious and it gets worse. After depositing his alien seed in the innocent women he then takes over their minds and forces them to walk naked to his underground alien bachelor pad. There the alien chick magnet gets his babes to cover themselves in goo until they pop out some more baddies for the proud alien poppa.

Wow, where to start. First off, kudos to the geniuses that decided to release this gem onto dvd. I'm sure Best Buy had to hire extra employees to handle the crowds streaming into the store to add this blockbuster hit to their collection. Anyway, this movie is simply awful. The plot was, well, there was no real plot other than to show off some very cute naked young women; at least the alien had good taste. The acting was not even B level movie quality, more like grade school "we have to watch the school play because our kids are in it" quality. As to the special effects, the alien consisted of a silly bug mask and a latex body suit with rubber toilet cleaning gloves who lived in a cave beneath a hospital's basement. I guess the janitor missed the cool alien strobe light and the harem of naked goo covered women rubbing each other in the goo pool.

In summary: this movie is horrible. Please don't ever watch it. Ever.

Recieved DVD in good order with no shipping damage. Story matter may be Sci Fi but clearly it suffered from substandard writing, bad special effects, poor lighting, and untalented acting. It was more like a smut b-movie than actual sci-fi.I am not satisfied and feel a little mislead. I dont think the seller is the issue I think the producer over advertised the slim sci-fi nature and downplayed the smut nudity of the film.
