) I'm from New Orleans and needed some answers about how and why a disaster like the aftermath of Katrina could happen in the United States of America in the 21st century. Breach of Faith is a well-written, objective and comprehensive explanation with enough personal stories to keep it human. I had already read it and wanted a copy to keep for my collection, and so that it would be easily accessible to anyone interested in understanding what happened.
