Brave Fencer Musashi

While Zelda will always be the king of action/adventure RPGs, Square wasn't just offering up some junk a few years back when they put out Brave Fencer Musashi. A mostly 'cute' storyline, with a few comic hi-jinks and a nice splash of action produced a good game, very enjoyable by all means. By this day and age, the graphics are a chore to look at, but the gameplay, as with most action RPGs that are worth the money, is very good. The game is never quite epic, but provides a somewhat memorable experience and interesting ways of building up your statistics. Shouldn't take any experienced gamer over 20 hours to beat, which may reduce some of the replayability, but I still find myself going back every so often to play. The verdict? Give it a chance, you may just find yourself chasing around mammals at 3am in the morning--in game of course.
