I first heard of Dr. McCleary when I heard him on a radio interview. He was explaining things from his book "The Brain Trust Program" and I was interested in learning more so I ordered the book. What a great, easy reading/understanding book it is! My husband is an acupuncturist and he is recommending the book to his patients. We plan on buying several copies to give to family and friends. How refreshing to hear of preventative measures we can take to help our body...and more specifically, our brain.
