As an adult - I've Tried Brain Age and Brain Academy and thought Brain Boost: Gemma Wave DS would be more of the same. It is nothing like it. It is just one type of a game, memory. That's it. Play memory game of numbers, pictures & locations. It was fun at first but I got tired of it after awhile. There is no variety like Brain Age which has 4 variety of games to play to test your brain. Brain Boost is just a memory game and it is long on each session. I think it's 50. You go through 50 numbers and see how many you got correct.
Not for me. I prefer Brain Age. I sold Brain Age a while back and regret it. I'm going to buy Brain Age back and sell Brain Boost: Gemma Wave. It may be good for those who like memory games. I don't. (maybe I don't like to be told I'm old and losing my memory?)

I had already purchased Big Brain Academy and Brain Boost Alpha wave and liked those to so I thought why not give this one a try. It is not bad. There are some of the categories that really made me think. I am having to practice more than in the other brain games which is not a bad thing. If you like the brain games than I would say add this one to your collection.
