Actually I disliked the book because of its small font and its repetition. But I liked the book because it had alot of great information to get you started on an improved lifestyle. The repetition turned out to be a + because after you are done you don't need to reread it again you have it in your head. I have adapted several of the tips and feel I am on the road to better health. If any book does that, it is a small price to pay. I also read his book on fasting and although it also repeats much information, it's a great two book read.
