    I like the large variation of excersizes, slightly less than the ultimate 2 but the results with a little imagination while working out is atainable.
    The only thing i wish bowflex made for this product, a divice that converts the leg curls into an adjustable preachers bench. Over all an excellent product that gets the job done and save space.
