Bottom Lines Secret Food Cures and Doctor-approved Folk Remedies by Joan Wilen (2007, Hardcover)

This book is a whole lot of old-fashion common sense, with a bit of humor. A lot of the cures are things I had heard before, but had either forgotten about or dismissed them thinking that the person was kidding.

I am severely allergic to a chemical used in most hair dyes. The book identified numerous ways to change hair colors without chemicals. If they work on me, the book is worth its weight in gold!

What I really liked was the fact that they gave many cures for every category, not just one or two.

I saw the book on TV and had to have it. I am glad that I found it on ebay, and I am thoroughly enjoying it!!!!

Wanted to give you an update on the natural hair dye. It works! Better still, I saw major results in 3 days, my gray is starting to go away, the color looks so beautiful and natural, and it is easy and cheap.

Now I am trying their double chin exercises.
