An excellent book: Sally Collins is an excellent teacher and the book is very detailed and gives much good information to help you finish your quilt. Pictures are an excellent help also.

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our Borders, Bindings & Edges by Sally Collins (2004)I absolutely love this book! I borrowed it many times from our local public library because it contains such valuable information on finishing up your quilt. Finally, I decided to just had to buy one for my own quilting library.
Whenever I've had an idea about a finishing design, but questioned exactly how to go about doing it right, this book held all of the answers. The directions and visual images are so clear that it seems as though the author is in the room teaching you.
This is a must have book for any quilter. It will clearly guide those who want to keep things simple as well as those who want to jazz things up. You will learn how to you give your quilts a professionally finished look.

) As a quilter I love Sally Collins's books. She always has a lot of very good information on how to be a better sewer and quilter. I don't just read her books once and put them away. I go back and read these books over and over. I belong to a small 7 women quilt group and we share books. When one of our members read Precision Piecing by Sally Collins. She told us we all needed to own this book and she was right.
