I called your office and could not get any help then I called the seller and he said that i must get the refund from you. I want my refund now!!!!! So, I had to get it. I learned the hard way that media mail is worse than snail mail, but I'm sure that had I requested an expedited delivery, that rush would have been executed. It was great. I'm glad there was a picture because I thought initially that it was a different edition (that was the only wrong info, but worked out in my favor). Thank you, again.
