
The best workout/bodybuilding book ever

The most in depth and extensive book and how to workout properly. I describes each muscle group in great detail and has 3 different workout regiments (beginner, intermediate and advanced). It is a Men's Health product and they always seem to deliver, great colored pictures and throughly explains each and every exerecise. I have been weight training for about 5 years now, these workouts are some of the toughest I have ever done.
