Bonnie and Clyde, is rated in the top 100 films of all time by The American Film Insitute and was nominated for and won numerous awards. This is a great film, although it had critics saying it was too graphic. In the portrayal of this happy-go-lucky pair of bank robbers, there are some violent scenes. (This is a film about bank robbers) Stepping away from the norm of the era, when movies were a bit less than realistic, this film paved the way for many great films that followed. Wareen Beatty was the only established star when this was being shot, but the rest of the cast, such as Faye Dunaway, Gene Hackman, and Gene Wilder were soon to be stars in their own rights. Bonnie and Clyde is a great film to add to your collection of must see Classics. Rate this one "Two Thumbs Up" 5 Stars *****

I remember seeing this movie when I was young and would watch it every time it came on TV. I thought Warren Beatty was the most handsome man, and Michael J. Pollard....well, what can I say, he's Michael J. Pollard, always goofy but loveable! A good action movie with excellent actors in the title roles. I love it when Faye Dunaway says, "We rob banks!"

A great period piece from the tumultuous 60's. This legendary Arthur Penn film, starring such household names as Warren Beatty, Faye Dunaway, Micheal J. Pollard, Gene Hackman and Estelle Parsons(who won the 1967 Oscar for Best Supporting Actress) was often criticized for it's extreme use of violence and bloodshed but, by today's standard, is fairly tame. Extras are pretty much non existent, consisting of primarily the production notes and the trailer. But it is the gangster film which paved the way for all other that followed.

This film is excellent. Warren Beatty is great as Clyde Barrow, Faye Dunaway-an excellent Bonnie Parker. Gene Hackman, Michael J. Pollard, and Estelle Parsons give astonishing performances as supporting cast. 10 Academy Award nominations-including Best Picture, Best Actor-Warren Beatty, Best Actres-Faye Dunaway. Won Best Supporting Actress-Estelle Parsons. Sensational film, which was violent for it's time is truly underrrated. In my opinion, it's the most underrated mob movie ever made, tied with The St. Valentine's Day Massacre(1967) and The Valachi Papers (1972). The cast ansd screenplay couldn't be better-great efforts from the whole cast. Arthur Penn directs very well. This is a film that tells the REAL story-like The St. Valentine's Day Massacre and Goodfellas, The Untouchables, etc. Realism is a key ingredient in a mob film. Thrilling, captivating, and exciting-Bonnie and Clyde captures the true crime story of the most dangerous couple in crime-Bonnie and Clyde. Gene Wilder's first film role and Two Nominations for Best Supporting Actor-Gene Hackman and Michael J. Pollard.

Great movie that be part of anyone's DVD collection. It's just as good as the first time I saw it. If you like gangster love stories, it's one of the top 10.

This is s fun, fast moving film with some gore. It can be upsetting at times due to the violence. But, it is entertaining,great acting and scenery and sets fablous for reminicing the good old days. The simplicity of the time and how a buck bought something. Hold on to your seats for the last scene.

I didn't expect to receive a dvd without a case or cover pamphlet...sure, the price was great, but I received a used dvd in a cardboard envelope

Both the picture and sound quality of this DVD were consistently good throughout. Everything about the DVD was "as promised" by the seller. "Bonnie and Clyde" has always been a film I wanted to add to my collection. I would look forward to doing future business with the seller.

I received the DVD both movie and package in outstanding condition. My wife and myself enjoyed watching it, it had outstanding picture quality, the sound was also excellent. The color was as good as we had expected. I purchased the DVD because my wife had never seem Bonnie and Clyde and it was offered at an outstanding price. I was satisfied with the product. I was upset, because I only wanted one copy of the DVD and somehow I order 2. When I explained to the seller that it showed that I puchased 2 when I actually only wanted 1, he or she, said that at that point I was committed to buying both copies. In my opinion, it demonstrated poor customer service. I don't know if I was at fault or the computer was at fault, never the less, shipping had not happened nor payment had happened. I don't understand why the order couldn't have been changed at that point. So that was my experience with this purchase. Otherwise, the product arrived and in perfect condition.

Bonnie and Clyde is a classic movie from the 1960s that reflects the time period in its plot and it's aura. Throughout the film, Bonnie, Clyde and their gang fight to break free from the expectations, limitations and ideals that their parents generation pushed on them. As a result, it emulates the way youth grew up and thought during the 60s - very rebelliously. The film itself is a push away from the happy-go-lucky films which had come before it, similarly rebelling against conventional film storylines.

The film is thought-provoking and offers insight into the way of life during the 60s. Besides this, the acting is spectacular (Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty SHINE in their roles as Bonnie and Clyde) and the cinematography, direction and editing emphasize the message of each story within the film and make even the little scenes full of depth.

It is a spectacular beginning to the GANGSTER FILM genre, before the mob came into play. A great one, recommended to all who love watching good films.
