This was the best one I read. it was meticulously researched. It disqualifies many "rumors" attributed to this actress. I read it because her life had so many similarities like Marilyn Monroe. This girl/woman lived intensely for such a short life. What a gift of beauty she was given and dying young never to get old and ugly. I will never know.

) The most thorough book on the life of tragic Jean Harlow available. A very difficult book to get a hold of- out of print in the U.K. A must for all serious Harlow fans.
