- No Bomberman character. Just Metroid rip-offs.

- Graphics aren't on par with the 360.

Bomberman takes everything you know about Bomberman and totally disregards it to make something less than a great character we all came to love. The game is not as addictive as it used to be especially without Bomberman.

Steer Clear unless you are the most die-hard Bomberman fan alive.

everyone has played bomberman before, with a new game like this coming out everyone thought the game would be the best bomberman that came out, wrong, i liked playing all the bomberman games. but the thing that was wrong about this game is they replaced that main bomberman character every knew and loved, for a replica victorman/rip off master cheif model. as for xbox live no one is on becouse the game isent as good as people said. thats why i give this game 3 out of 5, it's an ok game but not that good..

This game is so lame it should have never been put on sale. It has the worst graphics i have ever seen in a game on the 360.

O man where to begin this game is just awful. I will warn anyone do not spend your money on this. This is a game you would find at a flea market for a dollar. Online is useless because no one will play it. First off main problem is look what they did to him! Hes not the cartoon character we all know and love. He is dumb mastercheif ripoff guy. The next problem is the 99 levels it is 99 repetitive same dull boring levels over and over again. I would congratulate you if you actually finish the 99 lvls because I dont no how you actually sat through this. If you want a bad rental then go rent it because you will be verrrrrrrrrry disappointed in yourself that you actually bought this. My closing thoughts are BEWARE OF THE BOMBERMAN!

THIS GAME HAD ALOT OF HYPE AND DIDN'T LIVE UP TO IT. YOU CAN'T SAVE YOUR GAME IF WANT TO REACH LEVEL 100 SET ASIE ABOUT HALF YOUR DAY AND DON'T DIE OR YOU START RIGHT BACK FROM THE BEGINNING... I REACHED LEVEL 98 AND WANTED TO GO CRAZY. I PLAYED FOR MANY MANY HOURS ON 1 PLAYER MODE AND ONLINE AND ONLY UNLOCKED A FEW ACHIEVEMENTS.. SUPER HARD AND FRUSTRATING GAME!

Maybe this is just because i liked te cartoon (because ive read the reviews), but i thought it was just plain awesome!It had so many levels which makes it have a great replay value.Bottomline:

Bomberman - what's the point? boring, no point mindless dull waste of time. Can't believe I spent money on this piece of crap that's going to end up at Gamesstop tomorrow.

I think this game was a waste of ,xbox cases, paper, and cd's!!! I wish they would come out with a bomberman that plays like the original as far as single player aspect goes....I dont want to blow up other opponents I want to play through a single player campaign!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME!

Let's face it, many of the games today are just remakes of older games but with a more adult face. They may change the game a little or a LOT, but the same basic principles stay the same.
Bomberman: Act Zero is one of these games. This is the way Bomberman was first imagined, but the graphics hardware of the early 80's couldn't support something so intense. Because of this, Bomberman was portrayed in a kid-friendly, shiny happyface robot form.
He's not. Bomberman is a robot, a ruthless killing machine. He uses high-grade demolition charges to kill things. In my opinion, this is the first game to do good ol' BM some justice.
Unfortunately, without XBox Live, you cannot save your progress through the game. It's a pretty long game, too. Also, it does get rather repetitive...
It's worth a few bucks to me, just for the sake of nostalgia alone. A new take on Bomberman that doesn't involve pastel colors or newer, stupider anime characters... well it's good for me. Just don't break the bank on this game.
