Bolton Swings Sinatra by Michael Bolton (CD, May-2006, Concord Records USA)

It seems everyone from Rod Stewart to Barry Manilow are getting in on the act, they are all bringing out CD's with the classic's.
Michael Bolton does a fantastic job with 'THATS LIFE' This could win him another Grammy Award. That would make Three.
However another sinatra classic 'The Girl from Ipanema' will send you to sleep.
I think this was just to complete the CD. Like Rod Stewart and Barry Manilow, many of the tracks should have been left as they where, sung by the Voice himself 'SINATRA'.
Michael Bolton fans could be disappointed, However his Versions of 'Thats Life' and 'My Funny Valentine' will make up for the rest.

This is just my opinion, I dont wish to upset anyone, But I respect Frank Sinatra and think these Artist's should do the same if they are going to use his name to sell CD's.

I loved the thouight that it was signed by michael bolton.I bought it beacause i have always liked his music and will keep buying his albums

I'm a new Bolton fan but grew up with Sinatra and swing! Love the CD and got it for a song! Yes, wish there were more songs but I'm being greedy. Got Vintage also, and love that too. Seller was AAA++++. CD in great condition and arrived in days. Great deal. Happy with product and transaction. Mahalo!

Heard Michael Bolton sing from his new cd on Today. The songs are old but the singer is new and puts his slant on the old songs. Great cd great buy

Just love the way Bolton croons out the songs of Sinatra.Bought it as Bolton and Sinatra are two great artists. A must for music lovers.

I love the album. I grew up hearing Sinatra (my mom was a fan) and Michael Bolton really pays a great tribute with this album.

I love listening to it, but if I need to say what I dislike, I'd say it's too short. I wish it had more songs on the CD.

I was shopping for the latest Michael Bolton CD. I was going to his concert and wanted to be familiar with his latest work. It's all Sinatra songs that were popular when I was growing up. The product was brand new with the wrapping on and half the price I had seen it for at Target. I love it.

Loved the song choices on the CD. Bought it because of the price, and not having to drive to the stores and having the hassle of crowds !
