Bolt (DVD, 2009, 2-Disc Set with DisneyFile)

Leave it to Disney to combine the classic "girl and her dog" story with the "fish out of water" genre with utterly hilarious and yet heart-warmingly poignant results. This is a movie that relies not only in what could be called "stunt-casting" but excellent story-telling and amazing visuals as well.

The added specials are kind of short but the non-featurette extra -- the Bonus Short (Super Rhino) is a howl! Talk about delusions of grandeur!

This is a great family movie. I bought this for my daughter who's 9. We all sat down to watch it and my son who is almost 4 enjoyed it so much we have now watched it about 8 times. I really enjoyed it too. I think it's a very cute movie and like all the Disney Pixar movies, it's a must have.

The usual in Disney DVD, good morals, good quality "acting", GREAT animation. All around a GREAT family fun film acceptable for ALL ages. Loads of fun!

This is a great movie, my entire family enjoyed it tremendously. My kids love Bolt, they're a little scared of the fast actions at the beginning (they're very young) but they grew to love all the characters in the movie very quickly. It is entertaining even for the adults at home. I highly recommend this movie!

Very prompt. Great condition. My nephew loved his birthday present! I still have not seen the movie myself as I live in another part of the country but, his family really enjoyed it.

I loved the beginning of the movie and the twist there right in the beginning. The movie had a lot of plot twists, and for only 94 minutes it was ACTION-PACKED! I've never thought Miley Cirus is the best actress, but she did okay. I mean what do you expect from Miley Cyrus? I think they could've chosen someone better, but with this economy, they had to have her or the Jonas Brothers (which are losing their steam now, but in November when this movie came out JB was flying high). I really enjoyed the music of this movie, and I might even buy the soundtrack. I only watched the first DVD in the 2-disc set. I haven't watched the 2nd one yet (I rarely do with 2-DVD sets). All in all I definitely recommend this movie to adults, kids, teenagers, and families. It was an excellent movie to say the least.

This was wonderfully done movie. Characters were great and the actors did a superb job with their parts. My grandson wanted to see the movie and it's cheaper these days to buy the movies than to go and see them and much safer also.
