The Bodyguard by Original Soundtrack (CD, Nov-1992, Arista Records USA)

This is a great CD from the movie The Bodyguard. Whitney Houston is just awesome and the vocals are terrific. A great CD to add to your collection.

I wanted it because it has a song on it I wanted for a long time. The stores didn't have it anymore so ebay was a good place to fine it.

If you liked the movie, you'll like the soundtrack. "Queen of the Night" is included, which was the only reason why I bought it. A good album for all Whitney Houston fans who can remember back before she self destructed by marrying Bobby Brown. Its a nice trip down memory lane.

I am listening to the CD now sounds great & I love the music. I am a fan of her's & seen the movie when it came out & always wanted to the CD but never got around to buying it for me. Great CD Thanks

I bought it because I am a Whitney Houston fan and wanted her "Bodyguard" sound tract. Buying it "slightly" used seemed the better buy than at our local used CD store even tho postage was a bit pricey. The CD I received was in good condition.
I will continue to shop Ebay for more good CD buys, especially those with low shipping costs. I will also shop the seller I bought this CD from again.

Excellent. I love the music to The Bodyguard. When Whitney Jesus Loves Me it is wonderful. I am so glad someone did a remake of I Will Always Love You by Dolly Pardon and the right person was Whitney. A must have cd.

Lawrence Kasdan originally wrote his script for The Bodyguard in the late 1960s as a vehicle for Steve McQueen; by the time it reached the screen, Kasdan's star was another movie hearthrob, Kevin Costner. When imperious musical superstar Whitney Houston begins receiving death threats, she is compelled to hire a bodyguard. Enter Costner, who immediately incurs the wrath of Houston and her entourage by imposing prison-like security measures. An ex-Secret Service agent, Costner still hasn't purged himself of his guilt feelings over his inability to protect President Reagan from would-be assassin John Hinckley (in the original concept, the agent had been guarding JFK in Dallas, but Costner was too young to make this credible; besides, he and Oliver Stone had been there before). Gradually, and inevitably, Costner and Houston fall in love. Ralph Waite is cast as Costner's father, while Robert Wuhl and Debbie Reynolds please the crowd in their cameo roles. Whitney Houston is wonderful on this CD. It's just a great CD from a cool movie, and it includes all the songs from the movie. Great buy!

I like listening to Whitney Houston. I liked the movie The Bodyguard a lot. I enjoyed the music in the movie. When it was put on auction I bid on it and won it. I enjoyed listening to the disc.

While I was shopping for another CD, this one popped up on the sellers page. I couldn't resist it because her music is so powerful and meaningful.Also one of the songs really hit home.
I never bought this CD in the past. Not sure why? So I had the oportunity then and went for it.

The worse transaction I've experienced so far on e-bay. No communication whatsoever, no response to 3 e-mails asking if item was shipped and when. Just saw on my page that pay pal refunded money. Still do not know what happened with this purchase. Very disappointing. Would not recommend buying from this person.

Service was quick and the CD was in great condition. Everything was great with this purchase. It was great to find this particular CD of the Body Guard soundtrack. I looked at a couple more but condition was not as good and this one which was in "perfect" condition.

Have not heard it yet, the wife has it since day one so I haven't had the chance to review it myself. I gather it is a good album since she never gave it back to me. But hope to listen to it sometime in the future.

Being very wary of purchasing used CDs and DVDs, I am pleasantly surprised to find that this CD is in great shape. Certainly not abused or damaged in any way. The case is in good shape and the sound quality of the CD is as good as new. The price also is a great factor in my purchase. I feel I got a really good deal.
