
Great book for fitness
I had heard about this book, so when I found one priced in my budget, I bought it. I started reading it the minute it came in the mail, and couldn't put it down til it was finished. It has real life examples. Real life menus and real life exercises that don't require a gym membership. Yes, it requires real life changes - most importantly a change in attitude. I would strongly recommend it for anyone wanting to be more fit.
