This is a very interesting approach to changing eating habits. I bought this CD for my teenage son who is legally blind. He focuses his energy on his body image since people judge him for his loss of sight and I wanted him to hear the best way to have the body he wants without overdoing it. The bad thing about this way of eating is that you can't eat 6 meals a day when you are a student. I do however like what he says about exercise. During the summer we are going to try this approach and see what happens.
