I love this book. There is so much to dieting but getting your mindset right is the first step to losing pounds if you are a yo- yo dieter or feel overwhelmed. this book helps you get rid of your mind clutter so that you can get rid of your body "clutter". It encourages you to start with small steps and then make them routines in your daily life. The more steps you take the easier everything gets with the end result of many more clothes being sold on ebay as they won't fit you anymore! This is more of a life choice book and not the typical diet book. Very interesting and thought provoking book.
