Bob the Builder - Tool Power (DVD, 2003)

My two year grandson has just one Bob the Builder book entitled Bob's Busy Day, a little pop up book. He loves this although he is mostly a Thomas the Train fan with several of the books and a good dozen DVDs. He also has several Teletubbies and some the Wiggles movies. I thought maybe he would be interested in a Bob the Builder movie, but I was wrong. He can't seem to watch more than 15 minutes before he loses interest. I watched the complete movie and compared to Thomas the Train and Teletubbies, the movie looks flat because it doesn't have the realism like Thomas movies. The trees are flat drawings not real looking with depth. The houses and structures are simple multi-colored brights and pastels instead of real looking brown, green, black wooden buildings and bridges. The story line is similar to Thomas the Train about teamwork, cooperation, getting along, having good manners and being kind. Maybe over time my grandson might be more interested in the movie when he gets used to the non realistic scenes.

I bought the Bob the Builder - Tool Power DVD for my grandchildren to replace the one that was misplaced. My grandchildren (ages 1, 3, & 4) all love it. It is a fun collection of episodes from the television show that also teach children valuable lessons. I would recommend to any parent or grandparent with young children.

The one thing that I liked about this movie is that it is for boys. My son is 3 years old and loves watching the Bob the Builder movie. There was nothing that was disliked about the movie. I bought it for my son so he could have it to enjoy.

I purchased this DVD for my nephew. He loves tools and I thought it would be a great addition to the tool set that I purchsed for him during the holidays. He loves the DVD, which means that Auntie has done her job and found a great seller in the process! There is nothing that I dislike about this item. I'm very satisfied with my purchse. Thanks!

I bought this movie for my two boys.They love Bob the Builder and so do I.There is nothing that I dislike about the movie.Bob the Builder is a great cartoon for little boys.

My grandson is a great fan of "Bob" and was delighted with the very rare dvd that he does not have.
Disc operated very well, no flaws, and carton was in very good condition.
Enjoyed the product.

My son and I checked this out at the library and he LOVED this Bob show (don't know why but he cried when we had to take it back to the library). He gets worried about Bob at one point and always says "careful Bob". So I looked around until I found a new one. This is his second most favorite Bob DVD (first is Sir Fix-a-lot).
