Robert Parker did a greta job of integrating his characters into one book. Sunny Randall never fails to please. It is very refreshing to read about a smart woman PI. Parker aims to please and does not disappoint!

Sunny Randall and Jesse Stone together!!

I have always enjoyed reading Robert B. Parker novels. I am a real fan. I always buy his new novels. They are great books to read when you need to escape and allow yourself a few hours just to enjoy a mystery with likable and most importantly familiar characters. He seems to bring his characters to a level that allows the reader to become involved in their lives as if they were real people. This new book BLUE SCREEN brings two of my favorites, Sunny Randall & Jesse Stone together in another thriller in Paradise. Here is the familiar character theme again, developing Jesse, Sunny, Molly and Suit in a way that you like them and want to know more about them. Good Book!

  DISAPPOINTED

I bought this audio because I enjoy Robert Parker's Spenser mysteries and thought I'd try his novel where the main character is a female detective named Sonny. Where Robert Parker does not dwell on the sexual activity between Spenser and his girlfriend Susan, this novel is quite different. It also does not have the suspense the Spenser novels have. I was disappointed.
