    The story really centers on two brothers (a young Nick Stahl and Jerry O'Connell) with one (Jerry) being a deviant outcast that makes trouble for all around him even causing the death of one of his younger brother's (Nick) friends. Nick is the passive peacemaker at first trying to cover his brothers reckless behavior and then suddenly realizing his brother was even worse than originally thought, turns on him. The story wraps up ok but when the credits roll, I felt like the movie could have been more involved. Not Bad really but just not that good either!
