) THIS BOOK WAS DISAPPOINTING TO ME BECAUSE IT SEEMS BLAND. I WAS HOPING FOR MAYBE SOME NEW SPICE COMBINATIONS. I BOUGHT THIS OFF EBAY SO I DID NOT THUMB THREW IT LIKE I SHOULD OF. THIS BOOK IS TO BLAND FOR MY TASTE. I READ A REVIEW ABOUT THIS BOOK SOMEWHERE ABOUT EAST MEETS WEST. I THINK IT IS A LITTLE TO MUCH WEST AND NOT ENOUGH EAST.

Blue GingerI enjoy cooking and I enjoyed watching Ming Tsai on the foodnetwork. It seemed to me that I had a lot of the ingredients and didn't have to go out to find something I would used only once.
