Bloody Bones by Laurell K. Hamilton (1996, Paperback, Reprint)

Well, yet again I am impressed with the quality of Laurell Hamilton's book. This is the 4th book in her Anita Blake series and I am just completely hooked!

In this book, along with the zombies and vampires that abound in the previous books, she has introduced us to the fey. Now. not the fey I have always imagined like Lucky from Lucky charmes. Oh no, these fey have a dark side.

Anita now has blurred our lines of good and evil and I loved it! The evil are helping and yet, you still know these are the undead she is dealing with.

She also has a partner now, and his strength is growing as well! He has become a wonderful character to the storyline! I look forward to spending more time in the life of Anita and her partner Larry. And I will have plenty of time, as there are at least 6 more books to the series.

I got the book in and it was in terrible shape for the price I paid. I needed the book but I wish I could have seen it before I purchased it.

Laurell Hamilton is such a wonderful writer, she can take the totally bizarre and make it alluring and believeable. Plus its fun reading her work. Anita Blake series are great, I downloaded the ebooks of all her Anita series and enjoyed them so much I just had to buy the actual books...

I have read several Laurell K. Hamilton books. The Anita Blake series is fun, shocking and exciting. You can really immerse yourself in some unusual characters. It's just a great series!
