It came very quickly and in great shape. Have used it as a guide everywhere I go. I bought this book to be a companion to "Eat Right for Your Type".

Very Convenient for when I go food shopping. There are a few errors in the book, but if you have the original Eat Right for your Blood Type Book you will know them when you see them.

This book is full of contradictions. A lot of the information in this book contradicts what the original "Eat 4 Your Type" says for those with the O blood type. I am very disappointed.

I like the size of this book; it is just the right size to carry with you when traveling so that you will have all of the information you need with you at all times.
