I never tire of this solo debut from the ex Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne who joined up with Randy Rhoads one of the greatest guitar players ever,
Do you really have to read a review to decide on this rock n roll classic ?
Great drum intro on this hardrock classic - I Don't Know - featuring one of the greatest guitar solos ever by one of the best guitarest that ever lived Randy Rhoads.
Next Ozzy's Biggest Hit - Crazy Train -
My mother objected to Ozzy till she heard - Goodbye to Romance - at which time she guessed it was the Beatles. It is about Ozzy saying good bye to Black Sabbath.
Randy Rhoads brings on his classical roots on the short acoustic track- Dee - which is a tribute to his mother.
The once contreversial - Suicide Solution - which is about Bon Scott of AC/DC and how alcohol killed him.
The errie - Mr. Crowley - about Alister Crowley the infamous satanist.
No Bone Movies - the song about Ozzy's dislike of pornography.
Revelation( Mother Earth ) - a very underated tune that really moves you
Steal Away the Night - will leave you wanting more.
Thankfully on the The remastered Blizzard of Ozz CD you get the bonus track of - You Lookin' At Me Lookin' At You - which was previously only available as a bonus on the live ep.
Another bonus is the remastered improved sound ( not that there was anything wrong with it to start with )
I encourge everyone to get this classic CD.
This is a must own and regarded by most to be the greatest Ozzy Osbourne Album.

This is my all time favorite Ozzy album. It brings me back to my high school days when BIG HAIR was in and METAL was all there was. (Yes I had big hair). I had the 8 track, the cassette, the album and the CD. This album doesn't have any bad songs on it. There is a great variety of sound from loud hardcore guitars to beautiful acoustics. There are only 9 songs on this album. I recommend listening to all 10 of them. (Yes, I know what I said.) The guitar work on this album is simply masterful. This album also underwent a TREMENDOUS amount of criticism. Anyone who ever litened to or read the lyrics to Ozzy's music would know that he truly is a talented writer. And the "monsterous Prince Of Fn' Darkness" was a front for publicity. I am not denying Ozzy is a little off. But he truly is a beautiful man. And if you LISTEN to his words he will make you think about a thing or two. Enjoy!

This album takes me back to a simpler time in my life, a younger time when things were much easier. All I had to worry about was that next big project & grade at school, & the next BIG PARTY with my friends!!
Who can't help but to agree that OZZY RULZ!! & He always will!!
In my opinion Ozzy leaving Black Sabbath was the greatest thing that OZZY could ever do, & this first in a long line of albums is by far one of his best, so full of messages & words to live by.
I also agree with other reviewers that Randy Rhoads one of the best guitarists of all time also deserves alot of the credit for helping OZZY to grow into the ROCK GOD that he is, but I also think that Sharron Osbourne deserves a considerable amount of that credit as well.
Who can't help but to agree that OZZY RULZ!! & He always will!!

Blizzard of ozz remasterbeware the remaster of his cd has a diffrent bassiest and drummer .the bass sound is lame and very noticeable and drumming is missing some of the licks and off time in places why ozzy did this i don't know.i think to cut bob and lee out of the money lame.get the oringal you'll be happier.i love ozzy but this version sucks
