Synopsis After holding a séance in order to debunk a psychic, Charles Condomine finds himself suddenly haunted by his first wife--and she still has a bone or two to pick with Charles. This lighthearted comedy, allegedly written in five days, was first performed in London during World War II and served as both a respite and an act of defiance to the Nazi blitz. It would quickly become one of Britain's biggest box-office successes and is considered one of Noel Coward's comic masterpieces.
