BlackBerry Storm 9530 (Verizon Wireless)

First off the phone did arrive just as the seller stated in mint condition without any scratches. The one problem that I had was the shipping, I won this phone on 12/8/09, a Tuesday. He did not ship the phone until Saturday, a full 6 days after I won the phone. On top of that I emailed him several times to ask if the phone had been shipped and he never answered me. I didn't hear anything from him until I opened a PayPal claim on him, because I was starting to think this was a scam. He finally emailed me to say that it had been shipped on Sunday. During all this time I had sold my phone that this was supposed to replace and I had to cancel that transaction because I could not get the shipment out in time. He says that we agreed to ship by the weekend, when in fact the only one that agreed to that was him. His first email stated that once paypal got paid he would ship the phone out ASAP. Which did not happen, 6 days is not ASAP! I will NEVER do business with this person again, because of the shipping!!
