Excellent price-earnings ratio, but my complaint is with the seller that sent me the tracking primarily erroneous and did not reply to me real tracking, shipment tracking me for several days after being trying to contact him and did not bother to apologize for this situation

Awful seller. Had problem with phone and they would not do anything aboutit. I didn't send in feedback, my daughter didn't send in feedback but somehow there was feedback from us about what wonderful sale it was. The phone is still a problem and i have appealed to ebay and they won't do anything about it either. we are finished buying anything on ebay or from wireovia.

i order alot of things from ebay and everything i have ever ordered had made it here within 5 days wheter it says it or not,and this shipping it ridiculous. i shoul;d have my phone by now and do not. just about everyone else that sells on here has either free shipping or like 2.99.and my stuffs here quicker than my 4.99 shipping.

Recently I pechased 2 Blackberry Pearls. One for myself and one for my sister. My phone was a totally different situation. My sisters phone which I purchased from this seller was nothing short of perfect! My sister loves the phone. I love this phone.. It is a great phone.. The seller is an amazing seller!! Everything was there as promised & Fast and easy transaction.. And fast shipping! I decided 2 buy this phone becuase I needed a new phone and I wanted a phone with a qwerty keyboard and decided the Blackberry Pearl was the best way to go!

This was an awesome buy. My step-daughter had been looking for a Blackberry. When I found this one and the price I paid for it. WOW. She is thrilled with this one. The person that we bought this from really should cleared all of their information off of it. I took it and had all information cleared off of this phone. Other than that I was happy with everything....:)

Seller sold phone that reaked of cigarette smoke and refused to take it back. Seller than harrassed me via email stating that I was the one being stupid for wanting to return a phone that smelled very strongly of smoke. This Seller is a scam artist and very shady. I would not buy from her again and would recommend that nobody else buy from her either. This is really sad because I was really looking forward to this purchase and to have to work with someone like this women was horrible!She cannot be trusted with her desrciptions of the product or her actions after you recieve the crappy item!!

i bought it for parts but i just fixed my phone, so im in tight position i dont need the phone anymore

The seller of this item had it listed incorrectly. She had it listed as a Verizon phone and it is Alltel. It cannot be activated on Verizon. When I contacted her and told her that she wanted to see for herself, so I waited to try to send the phone back. Then after she found out that the information I had given her, that the phone could not be activated, she would only give me half my money back if I gave her positive feedback. She was unwillingly to fix what she had done wrong. I am very unhappy with this transaction because as a Seller you would think that she would be willing to fix any wrong doing on her part. The item was listed incorrectly.

The features are great. Navigation is pretty simple. The buttons are so small though. Texting too fast and you'll mash the keys.

He was very easy to work with. Very professional and on top of his e-mails. I don't ebay that much but with my 2 experiences and this is my second and this one top it.

it has scratches and the ball doesn't move as well but other than that it works great! I decided to buy it because my other phones ear piece wouldn't work and I had to put it on speaker phone every time i wanted to talk to someone.

didnt come with charger like it was supposed to... other than that nothing else to complain about,decided to buy it because my wife needed a new phone for texting aand shes happy to have it now after a long wait

I asked the seller to do a buy it now button and i was happy she was glad to do so. I purchased the phone and then there was some mistake at the post office and the charger and usb cord were stolen.I was not very happy when the seller refunded me my money for i was looking foward to having this phone.

This is a great phone, probable to smart for me. But i really like it so far. I am still learning how to work it but it is fun learning.
