The phone was not new. Also, I cannot use the internet nor can I access my emails because the phone has a block that blackberry support cannot fix.

These phones are great if you wanna keep in touch with the world. I use mine for business and pleasure with ease and compfort. Get One

I recieved the product and I was happy , suddendly it stoped working and I had to send it back to China and still waiting for the replacement one, If I don't get the phone within a week I want my money back. So so far the seller has been in contact but I still don't have my phone so lets see.

I've had A LOT of phones and I'm here to say the Blackberry Curve 8320 ranks #2 (right behind the Palm Centro). If it had threaded SMS, it would be perfect! I love the fact that I can do everything from this device! AND I can change the color like THAT. You can find housing replacements on eBay and give your phone that personal touch! Excellent smart phone....would DEFINITELY recommend!

Phone arrived as described. Battery died shortly after. Seller replaced free of charge. will do business again.

First the seller claims to have stated that part of the phone was missing which is clearly not in their description. The photo shown also makes it seem that the part was there prior to shipping. Secondly the phone refuses to take anymore charges so no I've bad for a paper weight. Thirdly, yes the seller was kind enough to reduce shipping which they said they did to $10.00 which in reality was reduced from $20.00 to $15.00 I paid the full amount only to receive the item in an envelope which a stamp stating that the seller only paid $6.00 shipping. To add insult to injury the seller claims that the cracks on the phone can be attributed to the lesser shipping value. The condition of the speaker in the back looks like a rat has been munching on the phone for quite sometimes also. I contacted the seller with respect to the non charging of the item to which they stated that since I had contacted them early clearly the phone was charging which is all about 15mins. I advise that please let this seller explicitly lay out the condition of the item and ensure that you receive pictures that they promise to send prior. I made the mistake of asking for pictures which I never received. So now I've paid for a paper weight. Thanks much seller, since this is my third ebay purchase I am very weary of future transactions.

I buy a new phone but send me a used phone only change a new housing but inside the phone have many scraches and many signal of have been used

Excellent phone; clear calls; great display; sending sms/e-mail is a cinch thanks to the qwerty-keys. She took the phone with her for a trip to Europe (Holland) Just put in a Dutch T-mobile SIM-card (with a Dutch mobile-number) and was able to keep on talking at low cost.

Excellent purchase...My son is enjoying it although I must say it took a little long to get to me because it was coming from out of the country. However, that was the only thing. The Seller made me feel very comfortable because everytime I sent them an email they responded right away. Phone works with no problem. Would definitely do again.

We're pleased with this device but not with the circumstances that 'required' us to acquire it. AT&T in Sacramento, CA will NOT sell a Blackberry device to a customer (even long-established and bill paying) unless it includes a data subscription. My teenage daughter, like many her age, is a champion texter. That makes this device a great one for her needs, but I just can't afford to also connect her to the internet for another $240 or more a year.

I VERY MUCH dislike AT&T's 'Big Brother' policy which appears to aim at their profitability while NOT accommodating a good customer's needs. How dare they decide that they know what's best for me or my daughter. Even the local store manager did not have the authority to bypass this policy.

To me this seems 'plain and simple' a money grab by a company that has long since buried good customer service, in the dust of repeated self-serving decisions about how to 'provide' or in this case 'withhold' service. Thanks to eBay for providing an alternative source.

I bought this Blackberry a couple of weeks ago and I was immediately impressed when I saw the phone for the first time. I really thought it was brand new. Not one scratch on it whatsoever. I would definetly buy from her again. Exactly how she mentioned the phone would be was what I received. The phone was packaged as if it was new. In its original box and everything and with all its original accessories. Plus she through in the car charger and the phone gel protector. I am very happy I bought this phone! Thanks so much!

My son accidently dropped his Behold in the pool (just got it three months ago). Since I could not afford a new from the carrier because it was too expensive, we decided to look for a phone on ebay. We found this used BlackBerry at a reasonable price and good condition. It is a much superior phone from the Behold. Plus I did not have to subscribe to a data plan. My son loves the phone. The purchase transaction on ebay was a simple and good experience. This was my second purchase on ebay. I will come back!
