BlackBerry 8830 World Edition (Sprint Nextel)

The product overall was beautiful, the only thing it lacks is a camera, which for some people is a big downfall. The phone call quality was better than what I'd expected, and the keys are big and very easy to use.
Not a fan of the track-ball, but everything takes time to get used to.
Email interface very smooth.

This is a pretty good phone actually. I dropped my newer Blackberry in a glass of wine and needed a replacement and got the World Edition. No camera which sucks but the keypad is bigger and can type much easier on this phone compared to the newer version. Overall, pretty good phone and excellent replacement for my "newer" one.

The phone arrived on time and within two days. The phone itself and all the accessories are in excellent condition as described in the advertisement.

However there is a technical issue with the phone itself. The phone doesn't allow a data browser to be loaded. I worked with Sprint for nearly 8 hours in the last 3 days and they have been unable to identify the issue and why the phone is unable to load the browser. So we conclude that the phone was defective.

I'd like to either receive a partial refund for the defect or a full refund for a return of the phone. Please contact me asap if you need to discuss any specific details.

Unfortunately the browser still doesn't work. The seller was very good to work with and was very communicative. The seller gave me a partial refund.

Fast shipping i was able to track my item and great product, phone in good condition like it was described. The description of the phone was red on the page and I got a black one but I'm still happy with my phone. I'll definitely buy again from seller...

With 4.5 O.S. it will take 8GB Micro SDHC which is great for storage and media purposes. Keys are a little close together which makes it easier to press the wrong buttons but it's not that bad. I had a palm and switched to blackberry because of the availability of applications. There are a ton of applications for this phone which is great.

I have to hear from this seller, sent 2 emails, no invoice, no thank you for buying nothing starting to think i have been had.
