I received the toner cartage in the original box and it was a little beat up when recived. The items was described as new, but found the foil package was already open. It did have the plastic reset sheet and I installed and so far is working. Would have been nice to know the package was open when indicated was new.

DR250 REFURBISHED DRUMTHE REFURBISHED/REBUILT DRUM SEEMS TO OPERATE THE COPIER AS GOOD AS NEW. THE OLD DRUM HAD AT LEAST 20,000 COPIES ON IT AND DID NEED REPLACEMENT. I FOUND REFURBISHED DRUMS ON EBAY AND THOUGHT I WOULD TRY ONE. WHAT THE HECK WITH A 2 YEAR WARRANTY BY COMPANY WHO SOLD IT.

Toner worked wellPackaging and toner cartridge were fine quality. Toner inserted into the drum without any problem. This is used in a DCP-1000 with excellent results.
