) I like this movie because this was a movie in the mid-50's, when black people still wore afros and wasn't afraid of the white establlishment. I love it because I can relate to the afros,women,and making money. I decided to buy this movie because I grew up in the 60's and it reminded me of how life was during that time period.A time when we were more liberated and free but still not trusting the white man.A time when blacks and whites were dating or seeing each other on the side.
