They work every time and last for a while. They perform much better than refilled/remanufactured cartridges. They are easy to install or remove. I have nothing negative to say ablout HP's Products. I am a loyal customer of HP Products. I will not buy recycled/refilled/remanufactured cartridges ever again. I decided to buy these cartridges because I wanted to stockpile them. I have 2 HP Printers and they both use this style cartridge. Makes it simpler to hold your Office Inventory Costs Down which means saving money. In these dire times, everyone is looking to keep the costs down.
