Black & Decker HCC100 1.75-Cup Coffee Maker

This was recommended to me by my sister.Unit 6akes up more space than I thought for a single cup coffee maker. Coffee is lukewarm at best after brewing and tastes nothing like a Good Cup of coffee. Tried exotic pods and the taste was even worse. Do not recommend for the price.

This coffee maker makes one of the worst tasting cups of coffee I have ever had. I am only thankful that I bought if on ebay and did not have to pay full price for it. I would not even resell this item as I would not want anyone else to have to pay for this product.

The coffee tastes horrible and it takes up too much counter space.

A total waste of money and time. Don't they have an R&D department at Black and Decker?

The Black & Decker HCC100 (www.blackanddeckerappliances.com) is one of the new brewers that uses 'pods' of coffee or coffee-drink flavors to make a cup of coffee at a time. The HCC100 comes in white or black and sells for about $59.95 at Rite Aid, Target Walgreens and of course, eBay!

I thought this would be a great unit to have in my own personal office space, for those times when the larger office pot was out or early in the morning before the regular coffee was made. I hate it.

Not only is it cheaply made, making a single cup of coffee using a standard short mug, results in coffee splashing all around the unit. It actually takes me more time to clean up after making a cup, than it takes to make a regular pot of coffee using filters and coffee packs.

Great product. Very convenient. Very quick. Compact unit; takes up little counter space. Smooth operation. Only drawback is coffee has slight resemblance to the flavor of instant.

This B&D coffee maker is great. Makes great coffee and like the size of the product. Wish I could find the coffee pods at more locations other than Wal-Mart.

I bought this off of someone who claimed to have used it just a couple of times... It broke after we used it for a week.... It says there's no water in the tank when clearly there is...

I purchased the one cup coffee maker because I only drink one cup in the morning. I would recommend the coffee maker. It is very easy to use and clean. The only thing I dont like about it is I had a hard time finding a regular coffee cup which would not over flow. I would highly recommend getting a travel mug instead of a coffee cup. I am very pleased with the purchase!!
