Bissell 3522 PowerForce Upright Cleaner

This is probably the worst vacumn that I have ever owned. We recieved it as a wedding gift. It was purchased at Walmart. The problem with this vacumn is that the filter is TOO powerful. We have a cat who from time to time will spread cat litter around our carpet. After using this vacumn two times, the vacumn lost almost all suction due to a clogged filter. I tried taking it apart and reassembling it, cleaning it, etc, all to no avail. It ended up at the end of our driveway for the trash man!
